Business Development Executive
What you will do
- Find and follow up leads from builders, architects, contractors and businesses
- Meet clients and visit sites to understand their requirements
- Prepare quotations with the technical team and close orders
What we look for
- Experience in B2B, construction or building-materials sales is an advantage
- Clear communication in Malayalam and English
- Comfortable travelling to client sites
Marketing Executive
What you will do
- Run our Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and online listings
- Create posts and campaigns from our projects and products
- Track enquiries and report what brings in customers
What we look for
- Experience with social media and digital marketing
- Basic design skills with tools such as Canva
- Good written English and Malayalam
Welder
What you will do
- Weld shutter frames, guide channels, brackets and gate structures
- Work accurately from measurements and drawings
- Keep welding equipment in good order and follow safety practice
What we look for
- Hands-on welding experience
- ITI welder certification is an advantage
- Willing to work on site when needed
Fabricator
What you will do
- Cut, bend, drill and assemble steel parts for shutters, grills and gates
- Read measurements and drawings
- Check quality before products are dispatched
What we look for
- Experience in sheet metal or structural fabrication
- ITI fitter or sheet metal certification is an advantage
- A careful, safety-minded way of working
Installation Technician
What you will do
- Install rolling shutters, motors and automation systems at customer sites
- Test and adjust springs, motors and controls, then show customers how to use them
- Carry out service visits and repairs
What we look for
- Experience installing shutters, gates or similar systems
- Basic electrical knowledge for motorised products
- Willing to travel across Kerala
Site Supervisor
What you will do
- Plan and oversee installation work on site
- Coordinate measurements, site readiness and schedules with customers, contractors and the workshop
- Make sure work is completed safely, on time and to our quality standard
What we look for
- Experience supervising construction, fabrication or installation work
- Diploma or ITI in mechanical or civil engineering is an advantage
- Organised and good with people
Warehouse Manager
What you will do
- Manage stock of coils, strips, motors and parts
- Receive and dispatch material and keep accurate records
- Plan loading for deliveries with drivers and site teams
What we look for
- Experience in stores or warehouse management
- Comfortable with stock registers and spreadsheets
- Well organised with an eye for detail
Driver
What you will do
- Deliver shutters and materials safely to sites across Kerala
- Help with loading and unloading
- Look after the vehicle and keep its documents up to date
What we look for
- Valid driving licence for goods vehicles
- Good knowledge of Kerala roads
- Punctual and responsible
